"New English Teas Ltd was found to be liable for infringing the copyright of Temple Island Collection Ltd that subsists in its photograph depicting a red Routemaster bus in front of the Houses of Parliament. The full judgment may be read here. Accordingly, products that reproduced the photograph are no longer available from New English Teas Ltd."
