Refunds & Returns Policy

We aim to please and only provide the best quality tea and gift mint products However, in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and proceed to return the goods within 30 days of purchase. Upon return of the goods we will aim to process credit notes, exchanges and refunds within 7 working days.

Please Note...

- Goods must be returned to New English Teas in their original packaging, unopened and ready for re-sale together with a copy of the invoice, showing the customers full name, address and telephone number.

- We are unable to accept returns which have been opened, used, altered, damaged or have missing labels/packaging.

- Goods must be returned securely packaged, with padded protection and sent by recorded delivery.  New English Teas will not be liable for items which go missing in transit and we are not liable for refunding postage costs, return carriage costs are the customers responsibility.

- In the unlikely event a customer receives an item that was not ordered, does not appear on the invoice and is clearly a picking error, New English Teas will exchange the item at no extra cost. The goods must be received and checked into our warehouse before a replacement item can be sent.
