"I ordered a set of 3 tins for a friend’s birthday present. It took a few days for the items to be dispatched. Once they’d been sent the delivery communication was good. Despite the items being well wrapped, one of the time was dented and not really suitable to gift. However, I sent a picture to the Customer Happiness team and they were fantastic. I would highly recommend New English teas based on how they turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one.
